Pennut saavuttivat maagisen ikärajan, 7-viikkoa eli luovutusiässä ollaan. Kyllähän tuon porukan kanssa viihtyisi ja haluaisi viettää aikaa pidempäänkin, mutta joitain asioita ei voi väistää...

Iltapäivällä lähdimme kohti Kempelettä, ja haimme Kuuran tulevan omistajan Netan kyytiin ja ajoimme Köykkyriin metsään. Ja se riemu metsässä on sanoinkuvaamatonta! Siinä ei kävyt ja männynoksat haitanneet, vaan juostiin ja lujaa. Onneksi pennut kuuntelevat (välillä) luoksetulokutsua, ja saatiin porukka kasaan useimmiten huutamalla. Yksinäänkin lähtevät rohkeasti viilettämään pitkiä metsikköä, ei paljon suuri maailma hirvitä:) Kesän ensimmäiset hyttysetkin ovat heränneet.

Today, the pups are 7 weeks old so they are old enough to go to their new homes. I could spend even longer with them but I have no choice...

In the afternoon, we drove to Kempele and picked up Netta, the future owner of Kuura. Then we drove to the forest and the pups were over the moon with joy! They ran around so fast. Luckily they (usually) come when called. They are not afraid to run into the forest by themselves :) And the first mosquitos are here, too.
