Keskiviikkona pidettiin kivaa, kun pennut olivat viimeistä iltaa kotona. Vaikka asioita kuinka käy läpi, niin ei se tee luopumista yhtään helpommaksi.Näitä kahta viimeistä itkin monta iltaa ennen niiden lähtöä.Kovin oli haikea mieli pakata tavarat ja lähteä matkaan tietäen, että tulemme Ruskan kanssa kahdestaan kotiin.Alla vimppa video ennen lähtöä.

On Wednesday we spent a great evening enjoying the last moments with the pups. Even if I have been going trough these things, it doesn't make them any easier. I have cried on many evenings because I have to let go of these last two. I was so sad to pack my things and leave, knowing that Ruska and I will return without the pups. The video clip is was taken just before we left.

Torstaina iltapäivällä pakkasimme autoon Islan ja Nuoskan sekä Ruskan ja haimme Päivin ja Hippu the perhoskoiran kyytiin. Matkalla pysähdyttiin Palokkaan tekemään paperit Islasta, ja Sarikin sai hyvästellä pikkutytön. Jatkoimme matkaa kohti Helsinkiä, ajellessa väsymys iski ja majoituimme puolen yön maissa leirintämökkiin. Pennelit olivat nukkuneet koko ajan mitä autolla liikuimme, ja kun me väsyneet ihmiset koetimme nukahtaa, kaksikko touhusi kovaäänisesti pikku mökissä:) Hippu oli pennuista kiva, iso koira mutta pienempi kuin he, samanvärinen ja korvatkin kuin Nuoskalla;) Hippu oli fiksu ja pysyi sängyllä katselemassa touhuamista häntää heilutellen. Montakohan kertaa nousin ylös rauhoittamaan tilannetta, ennenkuin Isla ja Nuoska lopulta rauhoittuivat...

Muutaman hetken päästä oli aamu, ja pikkukoirat aloittelivat aamuvilliä! Aikani sitä kuunneltua nousin ruokkimaan koirat ja mentiin käymään pihalla. Samalla katsoin kelloa autosta, puoli viisi! Ja kaksikko jatkoi puuhailujaan, mökissä oli kiva pureskella tuolin jalkoja ja sänkyjen alla sängyn pohjan säleikköä, koeta siinä nukkua. Kun hiljaisuus lopulta taas tuli mökkiin, ei mennyt kauan kun meillä soi herätys...

Seitsemän jälkeen jatkoimme matkaa. Vantaalla kävimme Heurekan nurmikoilla juoksuttamassa koiria, ja menimme sitten aamukahville Outin ja Ramin luokse. Saatiin mansikkakakkua Tarmon 10-vuotispäivän kunniaksi! Ja pennut pääsivät pihalla hurmaamaan talon muitakin asukkaita:) Kuvat alla: Outi Toni

On Thursday afternoon we packed Isla and Nuoska, as well as Ruska in the car and picked up Päivi and Hippu the Papillon. On the way we stopped at Palokka to draw up Isla's papers and let Sari to say goodbye to the little lass. Then we continued to Helsinki but got tired on the way around midnight and decided to stay the night at a cottage on a camping site. The pups had slept all the way so when us people tried to get some sleep they started to play loudly in the little cottage :) They liked Hippu a lot, a big dog but smaller than them, similar colour, and ears like those of Nuoska's ;) Hippu was smart and stayed on a bed looking at the pups and waving the tail. I wonder how many times I had to get up and cool things down before Isla and Nuoska finally got tired...

Soon, the morning dawned and the pups started to play again! After a while, I got up, fed the dogs and took them out. Only then I looked the time and it was half past four! And the two just kept playing, chewing up chairs and beds, not so easy to doze off in that noise. When it was silent again, it took only a while until the alarm went off...

After 7 o'clock we took off. In Vantaa, we took the dogs out on the lawn next to the Science Center Heureka. Then we went to see Outi and Rami who gave us coffee. We also got strawberry cake and celebrated Tarmo's 10th birthday! And the pups charmed the neighbours when we in the yard :) The photos below by Outi Toni.

Anetten lento tuli klo11, ja haimme hänet kentältä. Meillä oli vajaa kaksituntinen aikaa ennen paluulentoa. Kävimme kahvittelemassa ja ajoimme lentokentän läheiselle kalliolle väsyttämään matkaan lähtijää. Ja ihan mukavasti oli aamupäivällä ollut ohjelmaa, Isla oli tosi väsynut, kun menimme saattamaan heidät Norjaan lähtevään koneeseen. Ja hyvästit olivat jälleen itkuiset,siinä tuli tippa linssiin muillakin kuin minulla, ärripurri pikkuneidistä ei ollut helppo luopua. Kaikkea parasta Islalla ja Anetelle tulevaan!

Anette's flight arrived at 11 and we picked her up at the airport. We had less than two hours before her return flight. We went for a coffee and drove to a rocky hill nearby to wear down the traveller. The morning's busy schedule did the trick and Isla was very tired we saw her to the plane. And saying goodbye was again so hard, it wasn't just me who cried this time. It was hard to let go the cranky little girl. All the best for Isla and Anette!

 

Lentokentältä ajoimme tapaamaan Nuoskan mahdollista tulevaa perhettä. Samalla tuli myös Päivin Pihka matkaamme. Tässä vaiheessa oli pikkumies jo niin väsynyt, että antoi itsestään hyvinkin rauhallisen kuvan;) Tosiasiat ovat kuitenkin olleet tiedossa, joten ei haitannut, vaikka Nuoska esittikin helppoa tapausta! Odotellaan, mihin päätökseen Nuoskan tulevaisuuden kanssa tullaan. Oli tosi kiva tavata teitä!

Paluumatkalle neljän ruuhkaan, ja pysähdys Palokassa Sarin luona. Nuoska jäi Palokkaan, josta se Minnan kyydillä matkasi illan päälle Toivakkaan Sarin vanhempien luokse asumaan luovutukseen saakka. Jarre-eno, Tazma-täti ja Jippo-veli olivat pitäneet hauskaa Nuoskan kanssa illalla, ja pikkumies oli ollut reipas jäädessään Tertun ja Sepon luokse. Aamulla sain vielä iloisia terveisiä Toivakasta, kaikki hyvin. Nuoskasta eroaminen oli kaikkein vaikein, pentueen pienin on ollut erityinen koko meillä olo ajan. Toivotaan, että Nuoskankin koti selviää pian ja pikkumies pääsee rakastavaan omaan kotiin touhuilemaan!

Kotiin tulimme puolen yön maissa, itku tuli taas, kun ei ollut pentuja vastassa. Ruskakin katseli pihalta puretun pentuaitauksen paikkaa, kävi haistelemassa jäljelle jääneitä kuoppia. Sisällä se kiersi vähän levottomana, ehkä minun pahaan oloon reagoiden. Mutta nyt on pennut saatettu matkaan, itketään ikävä pois ja jäädään odottamaan mukavia kuulumisia.

From the airport we went to see a family who might be Nuoska's potential owners. We also picked up Päivi's dog Pihka. Nuoska was at that point so tired that he appeared as a very calm in character ;) But we do know the facts so he didn't fool anyone by acting easy! We'll see how Nuoska's future will turn out. But, it was nice to meet you!

We started the return journey during the rush hour. We stopped at Sari's in Palokka and left Nuoska there. In the evening, Minna took him to Toivakka where he will stay at Sari's parents until he leave for his new home. Uncle Jarre, Aunt Tazma and Brother Jippo had had great time with Nuoska in the evening and Nuoska had been brave when he had to stay behind with Terttu and Seppo. In the morning I got good nwes from Toivakka, everything was fine there. Saying goodbye to Nuoska was the most hardest for me as the smallest of the litter has been so special. Let's hope that he will find his new home soon and starts his new life!

We arrived home around midnight and again I had to cry when there were no pups to welcome us. Ruska looked at the garden where the fencing had been removed and she went to sniff the holes in the ground. She was a bit restless indoors, perhaps she sensed my sad mood. But, now the pups have left and it's time to cry off the sadness and start to wait for news from the new homes.
